Clarity Strategic Partners was born from my 25 year journey of experiences, relationships and quite frankly frustrations with the industry that I love. Over my career I have had the privilege of successfully leading talented teams in sales, implementation, client service, human resources, and benefit procurement to name just a few, all with a consultative mindset. It was throughout these experiences that I began to see an all-too-common trend of organizations settling on solutions that did not address all their needs.

Professional Experience

Prior to CSP, Andrew was an executive at HourWork, Inc, serving as both Chief of Staff and Head of Product & Engineering with a focus on operational excellence, human resources, and product & software development. During his time at HourWork, he worked on a variety of projects spanning technology, operations, accounting, and workforce management. Specifically, he was program lead on an effort to streamline and automate business process workflows and create next generation HR technology. As a result, he is very experienced in bridging the gap between IT, Operations, and Human Resources.

 

Prior to HourWork, Andrew worked as Head of Product & QA at LA-based Bluemark, Inc, where he collaborated with large corporations such as Uber and Google. In addition, he spent nearly five years at Paycom leading product initiatives for Payroll, Tax, and Compliance, helping to build the HCM/HRIS software used by thousands of employers and millions of workers.

Before joining CSP, he served as an Executive and Ultra Care Transition Specialist Representative at Paycom for nearly seven years, managing over 100 implementations across the U.S. for organizations of varying sizes and industries. He also participated in cross-department initiatives to enhance the overall implementation experience and earned Paycom certification, ranking in the top 5% of his department. Having supported clients transitioning from every major HRIS and payroll platform, Clay is well versed in the challenges of HRIS and payroll implementations and enjoys helping others navigate their path to success.

Professional Experience

Luz’s journey into the field began with Paycom’s Garnishment team. This foundational
experience honed her attention to detail and compliance skills, which she carried into
her subsequent roles.


Transitioning into the Benefits world, Luz completed numerous implementations and
open enrollments, working closely with brokers and carriers to ensure successful
transitions. Her ability to collaborate effectively with these partners facilitated seamless
integrations and optimal benefits solutions.


Following Paycom, Luz joined Paylocity’s benefit support team, serving as a long-term
representative. During her time at Paylocity, she gained extensive experience handling
multiple seasons of open enrollment, further solidifying her expertise in benefits
administration in the BSwift platform.


In addition to her technical proficiency, Luz excels in customer service, consistently
providing clients and employees with guidance and assistance. Her skilled collaboration
with brokers ensures seamless communication and effective benefits solutions. Luz is
also skilled in Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, contributing to the
efficient integration of systems that streamline benefits administration. Her attention to
